What are the payment methods and delivery charges for an order?
Currently, the only payment method available on our website is Cash on Delivery (COD) while we work on integrating banking channels and mobile financial services.
The following delivery charges apply to the Cash on Delivery (COD) service based on your location:
• Dhaka City: Tk 70
• Dhaka Suburbs (Narayanganj, Gazipur, Keranignaj, Savar): Tk 100
• Outside Dhaka: Tk 130
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our standard shipping is within 2 business days. Depending on the shipping method selected, your destination address, and stock availability, orders might take longer to reach you.
How can I check the status of my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, and you can track your delivery status from the 'Track Order' tab on the main menu once your order has been shipped.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
We do our best to ship orders within 2 business days, so we might not be able to catch yours in time to modify or cancel it. If you'd like to modify or cancel an order, please send us a message on our social media (Facebook or Instagram) as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you.
What is the return/refund policy?
Our products are manufactured with great attention and care. We’re confident that you’ll love them once you try them. However, if you receive a damaged package or product, please return it while the delivery person is still present. We’ll send you a replacement upon request. Note that returns might incur additional delivery charges from the vendor.
